eTown continues celebrating 30 years of great programming. This week, from season 2015, we feature singer/songwriter Ryan Bingham (he’d just made a big splash with his work on the soundtrack of the popular movie Crazy Heart). And Nashville-based country singer Nikki Lane gives us a taste of her irreverent and original take on a classic country sound. Plus, we’ve got an inspiring eChievement Award story about a couple collecting and distributing food to offset weekend hunger for kids in their community.
