Every eTown show is taped in front of a live audience and features performances from many of today’s top musical artists as well as conversations and information about the world around us. eTown’s mission is to educate, entertain and inspire a diverse audience through music and conversation in order to create a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable world.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member John Oates performs an eclectic blend of musical styles along with his buddy, Guthrie Trapp and the inimitable eTones. Also on stage is Lilly Hiatt, a characterful singer-songwriter who sings autobiographical Americana tunes and is supported by Helen Forster's dynamic harmonies. This week we travel back to 2018 to revisit an amazing show featuring Väsen, Sweden's pre-eminate Folk music band and Sam Amidon, a native of Vermont now living in London, who shares his re-imaginings of traditional Americana music. Also, Nick sits down with Robert Adamson to discuss One Bistro, a pay-what-you-can restaurant that serves a wide community including drug addicts, politicians, criminals and the law enforcers that rehabilitated those criminals. It's early Spring in Boulder, Colorado where we welcome The Lil Smokies from Montana and Emily Scott Robinson from Telluride to eTown Hall. The Lil Smokies have graduated from 'up and coming' to 'fully arrived' - they showcase their hyper-melodic brand of song-strong Bluegrass music. Emily Scott Robinson shares the stage with her sultry voice and plays a 'spooky' tune with Nick, Helen and The eTones. Also, Christina Carlson, from Urban Peak in Denver, talks to Nick about youth and homelessness. That's all this week on eTown!

And from Rhode Island comes Jake Blount showcasing an eclectic mix of traditional Folk and Americana wrapped in a contemporary skin. Nick joins John onstage for an acoustic tour de force of Oklahoma folk-flavored original tunes and Phoebe is joined by the eTones as she lends her silky-voiced twang to the Americana lexicon.
