From Nashville comes The Del McCoury Band, one of the premier groups in Bluegrass, featuring multiple generations of the McCoury family. Ann Savoy joins us from Eunice, Louisiana and performs songs from her latest album, Another Heart, a collection of autobiographical remnants from her life.

What a great show we have for you this week! The hilarious and talented John Craigie travels to eTown Hall from Portland, Oregon along with his band. Also on the bill is the Americana songstress, Jobi Riccio who comes to us from just down the road in Morrison, Colorado. She shares songs from her Nashville debut - Whiplash. Nick also interviews the first Native American Chair of the National Endowment for the Humanities - Shelly C. Lowe.

This week on eTown, we’re featuring indie-folk-rock band Big Thief and legendary Americana singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams, live from Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO. While the theatre of Red Rocks is dramatic in and of itself, this year’s show was electric – storms brewed overhead before, during, and after. Paired with incredible music from Big Thief and Lucinda Williams, set and setting combined for a night that was nothing short of magic.

What a great show we have for you this week! Donavon Frankenreiter joins us from Hawaii and spreads all the chill beach vibes. From the great Canadian city of Toronto comes Donovan Woods to share his intimate brand of singer-songwriting. Nick also has a conversation with Zara Alexandra, (a singer-songwriter herself) who is the Organizer of the Colorado Chapter of the National Young Farmers Coalition, about the joys and challenges of working the land in these contemporary times.
