Every eTown show is taped in front of a live audience and features performances from many of today’s top musical artists as well as conversations and information about the world around us. eTown’s mission is to educate, entertain and inspire a diverse audience through music and conversation in order to create a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable world.

We continue our delve into the eTown archives as we celebrate 30 years on the air; this week, we start out with a look at our 2010 season. This exceptional rebroadcast full episode features visiting artists Imogen Heap and Gregory Alan Isakov. Our E-Chievement Award winners are a married couple who are founders of a pay-what-you-can restaurant with a mission to serve healthy and affordable meals to members of their community. Host Nick Forster also talks with former president of the National Parks Foundation, Neil Mulholland, about the value of open space and the importance of conserving parks and public lands across the country.
